Orders and Payments
Your payment is protected by 3D Security, a system that provides a higher level of authentication. During the payment process, the issuing bank determines whether the cardholder's identity is verified or whether an additional authentication process is required. If so, the issuing bank certifies the cardholder's identity using a one-time SMS access code or other means.
Here are the payment methods accepted on atelierdesors.com: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and Paypal.
Once you have placed and paid for your order, you will no longer be able to modify or cancel it. If you have any problems with your order, please contact our customer service at contact@atelierdesors.com, who will do their best to help you.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship our perfumes internationally*. However, it's best to check with your country's regulations to see if you can receive your perfume and what customs duties may apply. Atelier Des Ors assumes no responsibility for these charges.
*Except in the following countries: Australia, Bahrain, Canary Islands, Belarus, Russia, Mexico, Ukraine and Brazil.
Standard delivery is free worldwide.
However, please note that WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS CHARGES OR DUTIES THAT MAY BE INCURRED.
All shipments are made by standard Colissimo with signature. However, delivery times may vary depending on the destination:
- For France: Deliveries can take up to 5 working days.
- For Europe: Deliveries can take up to 10 working days.
- For the rest of the world: Deliveries can take up to 30 working days.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track its progress. If your delivery is to France, you will also receive a text message to the phone number you provided when ordering, with a link to track your package.
If you received the confirmation email when your order was shipped, and the delivery time exceeds the announced times (up to 5 days for France, 10 days for Europe, and up to 30 days internationally), please contact our customer service at contact@atelierdesors.com.
If you are present at the time of delivery, do not accept the package and notify us immediately on the Returns page. If the package has been delivered to you, please contact us on the Returns page with your contact details.
Returns
If you wish to return your order, please check the return eligibility conditions*, and contact our customer service directly on the Returns page by completing the form. Please note that the return shipping costs will be at your expense.
We will send you an email with the details of your return and the address to send the package to.
*Please note that we can only accept returns if the perfume box is still sealed and unopened. For this reason, you will find your 100ml perfume in your package as well as a 2.5ml sample, which will allow you to try the perfume before opening the box. Please visit our Returns page for more information.
Once our customer service has received your package, and provided that the perfume box is not opened (learn more on the Returns page), your order will be refunded within 5 working days.
Customer Service
For any inquiries, you can contact our customer service at contact@atelierdesors.com. We will respond within 48 hours, Monday to Friday.
Account
You can create your Atelier Des Ors customer account by clicking on the "Your account" section located in the menu at the top right of our site. Then click on "Register" and enter your email address as well as the mandatory information marked with an asterisk. Finally, click on "Validate." A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided when creating your account. If you need assistance or would like more information, please contact our Customer Relations Department.
You can edit your Atelier Des Ors account information from the "My Account" section. In the "Login" section, click "Lost your password?" Then enter your username/email address, and you will receive an email with a link to create a new password.
You can edit your Atelier Des Ors account information from the "My Account" section. Enter your username and password, and once logged in, go to the "Account Details" section to edit information and/or change your password.
If you wish to delete your account, we invite you to contact our customer service who will guide you through the steps to follow.
